Recently Bob Dylan released a new album of rare tracks and B-sides titled "Tell Tale Signs", a collection of unreleased songs from 1989 to 2006. Based on what I've heard so far, these tracks deserve to be released in a proper LP. They're extremely well crafted, and with the wealth of experience that Dylan has in singing and songwriting, you don't get the impression that these songs should be excluded from any of his major releases. It is classic Dylan; the folk songs exhibit the same charm and intelligence that we've come to expect from him. Plus, it's an added bonus for us that his son Jakob released an acoustic/country album this year as well, "Seeing Things", which you should give a listen to as well.
