Man. I was making a lot of progress. My stamina and endurance are pretty much back to what they used to be, but now I can't run properly because of my right leg acting up. It's not really the stretching beforehand, rather the issue is the amount of shock absorbed by each leg every time they pound the pavement. Goddammit.
I used to feel this throbbing sense of pain or aches in my right shin every couple of laps before, but now it's spread almost to my knee. Is it time to get new shoes? Or to give it a rest before starting again?
And that, my friends is the annoying bit. How the hell do I make up for not being able to run?
